Earning Rewards
As a BoundMember, you automatically earn rewards on qualifying purchases. Here's how it works:
You earn 5% of the product's total amount in reward points.
For example, if you purchase a product that costs £20, you'll earn £1 in rewards.
Rewards are calculated and added to your account after each qualifying purchase.
Redeeming Rewards
Turn your reward points into savings with these simple steps:
Log into your BoundPlugins account.
Navigate to the "My Rewards" section.
Check your available rewards balance.
Click on the Manage Points tab.
To convert points into a coupon code, enter the number of points you wish to convert in the box, then click the "CONVERT" button to generate a coupon of equivalent value
Use these coupons as a reduction in price at checkout.
Important: Coupons expire 30 days after being issued, so be sure to use them in time!
Reward Levels
Your BoundMember status is determined by the amount of rewards you've collected. Here are the levels:
BoundMember Basic
You achieve this level when you've collected between 1 and 5 points.
BoundMember Plus
Reach this level when you've accumulated between 5 and 15 points.
BoundMember Elite
This is the highest level, achieved when you've collected 15 points or more.
