Account and Registration

How do I create an account on BoundPlugins?

To create an account, click on the "Account" icon in the top right corner of our website and select "Create an account". Fill in your details, verify your email address, and you're all set!

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Click on "Login", then "Forgot Password". Enter your email address, and we'll send you instructions to reset your password.

Can I change my email address?

Yes, you can change your email address in your account settings. Log in, go to "My Account", and update your email under "Account Details".

How can I delete my account?

To delete your account, please contact our support team at support@boundplugins.com. Note that this action is irreversible and will remove all your purchase history and rewards.

Browsing and Purchasing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Klarna.

Are all prices in GBP?

Yes, all our prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) by default. You can change your preferred currency in your account settings, but the final transaction will be in GBP.

Do you charge VAT?

Yes, VAT is charged where applicable. The VAT rate depends on your country of residence and will be clearly shown at checkout.

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to our detailed refund policy in the Payment and Pricing section of our knowledge base.

Do you offer educational discounts?

Educational discounts are offered by some of our vendors. Check the specific product pages or contact the vendor directly for more information.

Downloads and Installation

Where can I find my purchased products?

After logging in, go to "My Products" in your account dashboard. Here you'll find all your purchases available for download.

I'm having trouble downloading my product. What should I do?

First, ensure you're logged in. If you're still having issues, try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. If problems persist, please contact our support team.

How long do I have access to my downloads?

You have indefinite access to your purchased products. They will always be available in your "My Products" section.

Can I re-download my purchases if I get a new computer?

Yes, you can re-download your purchases on any computer by logging into your BoundPlugins account and accessing your "My Products" section.

Product Activation

Where can I find my license key?

Your license keys are available in the "My Products" section of your account. Look for the specific product and you'll see the associated license key.

How do I activate my product?

Activation processes vary by vendor. In the "My Products" section, click on "Install Instructions" next to your product for specific activation steps.

Can I use my plugin on multiple computers?

This depends on the vendor's licensing terms. Many allow installation on multiple computers for a single user, but always check the specific terms for each product.

What if I can't activate my product?

First, ensure you're using the correct license key and following the vendor's instructions. If you're still having issues, contact the vendor's support team for product-specific activation help.

BoundMember Rewards

How do I earn rewards?

You automatically earn 5% of the product's total amount in reward points on qualifying purchases. For example, a £20 product will earn you £1 in rewards.

How can I use my reward points? 

You can redeem your reward points for coupons in the "My Rewards" section of your account. These coupons can be used for discounts on future purchases.

Can I share my coupon code with a friend?

No you can not share your coupon code with a friend. The coupon is linked to your email address that is used for your account. 

Can my friend use my account to redeem my points for their own account?

No this can not be done. Accounts can not be shared with 3rd parties. 

Do my reward points or coupons expire?

Reward points do not expire, but coupons generated from rewards expire 30 days after issuance.

What are the different BoundMember levels?

There are three levels: Basic (1-5 points), Plus (5-15 points), and Elite (15+ points). These levels are for display purposes only and don't confer additional benefits.

My plugin isn't working. What should I do?

First, ensure you have the latest version installed and that your system meets the minimum requirements. If issues persist, check the vendor's support resources or contact them directly for product-specific help.

How do I update my product?

Go to "My Products" in your account, find the product you want to update, and check for any available updates. Follow the provided instructions to download and install the latest version.

What are the system requirements for your products?
